Pain levels vary depending on the location and your personal pain tolerance. Most piercings cause a brief, sharp sensation lasting only a few seconds. Our experienced piercers work quickly and efficiently to minimise discomfort. On a scale of 1–10, most clients rate ear and nostril piercings at 2–3.

You must be at least 18 years old for all body piercings. For ear lobe piercings, clients aged 16–17 may be pierced with a parent or legal guardian present and providing written consent. Valid ID is required for all clients.

We recommend implant-grade titanium (ASTM F136) for all new piercings. It is the safest, most biocompatible option — completely nickel-free and highly resistant to corrosion. Surgical steel 316L and 14k solid gold are also excellent choices. We never use acrylic, mystery metals, or plated jewellery for initial piercings.

Healing times vary by location: ear lobes take 6–8 weeks, cartilage piercings 3–12 months, nostril 2–4 months, septum 6–8 weeks, navel 6–12 months, and nipple 9–12 months. We provide a full healing timeline at your appointment. Remember — a piercing may look healed before it actually is. Always wait for full healing before changing jewellery.

For initial piercings, we require the use of our own sterile, certified jewellery to ensure your safety and proper healing. This is non-negotiable for health and safety reasons. Once your piercing is fully healed, you are welcome to change to any compatible, high-quality jewellery.

Yes! Walk-ins are welcome for standard ear and nose piercings during business hours (Mon–Sat 10:00–20:00). For more complex piercings such as industrial, surface, or body piercings, we recommend booking in advance to ensure our piercer is available and prepared.

True infections are rare when aftercare instructions are followed carefully. If you notice increasing redness, swelling, warmth, or unusual discharge (especially green or yellow), contact us immediately. Do not remove the jewellery yourself — this can trap the infection inside the tissue and make it worse. We will advise you on the appropriate next steps.

Yes, we can perform multiple piercings in a single session. However, we recommend a maximum of 3–4 piercings per visit to avoid overloading your immune system and to ensure proper healing of each one. Your piercer will advise you based on your specific choices and overall health.
